Looking at the materials before me, my mind often wanders. What form will they take? How will they be combined? The answer comes gradually from a place in my imagination where I have never been, and then realized through my hands. Whether it’s wood, stone, gold, silver or paint; mixed media gives me a great deal of pleasure. The act of creating takes me to a wonderful inner world. I hope that my art takes you there, too… -Anna
